Initially we will assess what you want to gain from becoming more physically active as well as exploring the challenges you are facing when it comes to you own exercise routines. This will enable us to tailor support to your personal needs and breaking down the barriers between you and healthier lifestyle. 

It is important to have solid foundations when it comes to putting an intention into action. During support we will take time in challenging your thoughts regarding exercise and create an action plan to help you move forward and change your exercise behaviour. 

Change takes time. We will support you every step of the way. New barriers may arise along your journey to regular exercise as well as good days and bad days. We will help you keep reaching your goals and keep you on tack to staying physically active and healthy.
